Fitness is Important
Lots of people need to be careful when they exercise. Does your knee or low back flair up every time you try an exercise class? Have you attempted again to start that walking program and ended up in pain? Do your shoulders or neck scream at you every time you lift weights?
As physical therapists, we help lots of people heal their bodies and return to moving. But what’s next? Fitness is a lifelong practice. We want to be there with you for the long term too, especially for those whose bodies just won’t quite cooperate on their own.
We start with your body exactly as it is and work with you to find a way forward. Your goals and preferences guide every step we take together. Because we see you as an active partner, we make education a necessary component of all we do. Our fitness programs emphasize balance and core, with guidance for biomechanics which decrease stress on the joints and prepare you for everyday movements. This doesn’t mean the workouts are easy! We want you to work out as hard as you want to. But our workouts are specifically designed to bring out the best in your body.

Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes taught by a Certified Personal Trainer trained in working with medically complicated individuals. All classes will emphasize balance and core, with guidance for biomechanics which decrease stress on the joints and prepare you for everyday movements.
Group classes designed for 1-hour duration. Please check back here for the most up-to-date class times.
$10 per class or membership $60 per month for unlimited fitness classes.
